Project Management Support for Various Projects

• Develop tools and processes for project tracking and control, and provide support throughout the ideation-to-implementation process.

*KART Project (Show Canada)

• Implement a tracking methodology, follow up and coordinate the required documentation, and collaborate with the engineering department to draft a project completion plan.

Fear The Walking Dead Project (Vegas)

• Monitor pre-assembly at a site different from the final location. Ensure harmony of work and coordinate requirements. Develop a project completion plan, including dismantling, transport, reassembly, and commissioning of the attraction. Support the implementation of an engineering document management tool.

JEJU Project (IDR)

• Full management of design and installation for a “walkthrough” type attraction located on Jeju Island in South Korea. Support the preparation of gates and implementation of a completion plan, track and follow up with all internal or external partners (Joliette, Rocas, Art).
