Production updates for clients needed improvement, and reporting had to be automated. Additional project planning support was required to enhance the company’s project management maturity.

  • Tracking production parts and conducting daily calls with the client to provide updates on production timelines for critical parts.

  • Managing internal communications between engineering and production teams.

  • Developing tracking tools for orders, parts, production, and shipments based on data from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Hutchinson.

  • Developing an ERP system and several Excel macro tools, along with user guides, to plan production, assist with floor-level tracking, and analyze resource requirements.

  • Developing and updating engineering projects in Oracle Primavera P6.

  • Providing support for resource allocation and leveling.

  • Conducting workshops with project managers to define schedules in terms of duration, dates, and resources.

  • Preparing project prioritization scenarios.

  • Creating process maps for planning workflows.

  • Providing internal training on project planning.
