About the Client and the Project

A new $29M factory for the manufacturing and inspection of metal parts for various manufacturing sectors in L’Islet, Chaudière-Appalaches. Founded in 1979, the company manufactures, among other things, bus structures, jigs for airplane wings, train bodies, sterilizers, and assemblies for transportation, which are central to the production lines in several industries across Quebec.

• Complete planning for the relocation of the factory to its new site, including the integration of new machines and the implementation of a project management structure.

• Full relocation planning in Primavera P6 with organization of the relocation sequence to minimize production loss.

• Resource management for the relocation.

• Detailed writing of the planned relocation process.

• Weekly meetings for updates and schedule adjustments.
