About the Client and the Project

The Société des Traversiers du Québec (STQ) oversees a major network of 13 ferry services that extend from Montreal to eastern Quebec, including the Lower North Shore and the Magdalen Islands. Its role is to provide access to island regions, connect segments of the same national highway, offer interregional ferry services that help ease congestion on certain national roads, and link urban public transport networks. Proxima’s mandate is to standardize the WBS and project schedules for the STQ program.

The objective is to improve program tracking and ensure that everyone uses the project management tool optimally.
