The project involves the construction of a new aluminum billet production center, with a $204 million investment announced in 2022. This new center will produce approximately 202,000 tons of aluminum billets per year, meeting the growing demand from the automotive and construction industries.

CONSTRUCTION DURING ACTIVE OPERATIONS

• Development of the project master schedule and continuous updates.

• Leading various meetings for tracking the master schedule (3-week construction meetings and PPSR meetings).

• Creation of various layouts and support materials to facilitate the understanding of the master schedule by all stakeholders.

• Creation of performance tracking files, including S-curves, CPI/SPI, and various dashboards.
